Growing up as a picky eater I never thought being a vegetarian would be plausible for me. In high school my friends knew me as anti-vegetable and my foods were consistently the color tan. Being picky makes diet changes difficult, but it doesn’t make it impossible. The Picky Eater’s Guide Towards a Plant-Based Diet is a collection of tips and recipes for transitioning to a vegetarian or vegan diet. It includes a few anecdotes about my own personal experiences of transitioning to vegetarian and information on how you can make small changes that add up to something bigger. To supplement the cookbook are 3 different infographic posters explaining topics surrounding plant-based diets. Topics of the posters include information on Ag-Gag laws and humane certifications to look for on packages. Follow the link to download the book and posters!
