Noon Talk: Justin Bailey, and collaborators Jonathan Racek and Kurtis Beaver

Associate Professor of Creative Core Justin Bailey will present recent explorations, successes, and detours in parametric 3D modeling methods for producing variable, machinable molds for slip-cast ceramic. Teaching Professor of Comprehensive Design Jonathan Racek collaboration with Kurtis Beaver examines how large language models (LLMs) can turn written instructions into visual and physical artwork inspired by Sol LeWitt’s conceptual approach.
