Eskenazi School of Art, Architecture + Design Digital Fabrication Lab Coordinator

The Eskenazi School is seeking an individual to oversee and direct all aspects of the makerspace facilities at the School’s MadLabs on the Bloomington campus. The Digital Fabrication Lab Coordinator will be responsible for hiring, training, and managing hourly employees, providing non-credit instruction on the practice and use of all equipment, planning and managing the shop budget, and providing technical assistance to faculty and students in the design and fabrication of projects for research and coursework.

Eskenazi School of Art, Architecture + Design Bloomington Wood and Metals Shop Coordinator

Visiting Artist/Speaker Coordinator

The Eskenazi School is seeking an individual to work in close collaboration with faculty and staff to provide primary support including planning, coordination, and logistical assistance for the McKinney Visiting Artist series and other visiting artists/speakers. This position will also support the Eskenazi School’s Human Resources Manager with processing hire/appointment documentation for hourly employees, timekeeping approvals, payroll vouchers, HRMS eDocs, background checks, and I-9 verifications.
