Job Summary:
- Serves as first point of contact for the Eskenazi School of Art, Architecture, Merchandising + Design in the front office of Fine Arts Building/Kirkwood Hall.
- Monitors/maintains several Eskenazi School administrative email accounts, facilitating messages by email and phone.
- Provides support to Program Director(s) for curricular revision, preparation of self-studies, and annual reviews using online resources such as DMAI, OCQ, iGPS, and SIS for data collection. Assists with research, proofreading, and editing. Coordinates meeting schedules using calendars and online surveys.
- Serves as Building Manager - responsible for EAP procedures, point of contact for custodial services, Facilities Operations, INLOCC, Parking Operations. Manages distribution and return of building/room keys, and updates/maintains the electronic card reader data for Studio Arts/Mies van der Rohe (MvdR)/Kirkwood Hall facilities. Responsible for room reservations outside of normal class use.

Job summary:
This position is part of a dedicated financial administration team that serves all faculty and staff of the Eskenazi School of Art, Architecture, Merchandising + Design. Training will be provided.
Department-specific responsibilities:
• Supports school leadership, faculty, and staff by entering financial documents, troubleshooting, ensuring compliance with policy, and serving as an informational resource
• Processes procurement and payment transactions including order entry, inventory receipt, and payment requests
• Enters travel requests, processes reimbursements and reconciles travel expenses
• Assists with reporting as requested by supervisor

The Program Management Specialist for the Eskenazi School of Art, Architecture, Merchandising + Design (SoAAD) J. Irwin Miller Architecture Program provides supervision and coordination for all program activities.
Responsibilities include:
• Responsible for managing accreditation activities as required by the National Architectural Accreditation Board (NAAB).
• Works collaboratively to develop/maintain a comprehensive 5-year plan where program goals and financial planning are integrated.
• Supervises Graduate Studies Coordinator, M Arch Shop Manager, graduate student hourlies.
• Advises and supports the Graduate Recruitment Coordinator on tasks related to recruitment.
• Serves as point of contact for all projects affiliated with The Republic Building.
Acts as liaison with IUPUC/ Ivy Tech administration, Columbus PD, and IUPD.
