Martha MacLeish is the Director of Studio Art and an Associate Professor, teaching drawing and color design. She began her career at Indiana University as a lecturer in 1999. She attained her B.F.A. in Painting and her B.A. in Art History from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst in 1985. Continuing on to Yale University, Martha completed her M.F.A. there in 1988. Afterwards, she taught at Southern Utah University and at the Savannah College of Art and Design in Savannah, Georgia, before coming to Indiana University.
