Ran Huang is an Assistant Professor of Merchandising. Her research interests focus on digital service management, digital consumer behavior, the relationship between humans and artificial intelligence (AI), and interdisciplinary research with an emphasis on user experience. She has taught courses in consumer behavior, branding, international retailing, and digital analytics.
